Abstract
These Regulations lay down health rules for the production and placing on the market of raw milk, heat-treated milk and milk-based products. They are divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Registration and Use of Production Holdings (II); Approval and Use of Dairy Establishments (III); Cancellation of Registrations and Revocations of Approvals (IV); Conditions for the Handling and Marketing of Dairy Products (V); Conditions Relating to All Dairy Establishments (VI); Transitional Provisions Relating to Dairy Farms and Dairy Establishments (VII); Enforcement, Supervision and Penalties VIII); Miscellaneous and Supplementary (IX).
