Abstract
This Order amends the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 in Schedule 2 by: (a) deleting from paragraph 10(1) in Part I (Power to Slaughter) the reference to Johne s Disease; (b) deleting paragraph 10(2) in Part II (concerning compensation in respect of the slaughter of animals and poultry).
