Eggs and Chicks Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. No. 98 of 2008).

These Regulations implement in Northern Ireland Community legislation in relation to marketing standards for eggs for hatching and consumption and provide rules relative to breeding establishments and hatcheries. They also contain rules relative to the grading and marking of eggs for consumption.
