Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. No. 585 of 2017).

These Regulations contain amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999. They implement in relation to drainage works in wales and England, Directive 2014/52/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The Regulations concern principally environmental statements as defined by these Regulations and determination of whether improvement works have significant effects on the environment and whether they should proceed.
