Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Stewardship (England) Regulations 2005 and the Countryside Stewardship Regulations 2000.
The Environmental Stewardship (England) Regulations 2005 in the Schedules in respect of requirements and conditions that farmers shall comply with in order to become entitled to grants and payment rates for entries listing such requirements and conditions as part of an environmental or countryside stewardship agreement. Entries concern, among other things native breeds, traditional farm building and the stocking of land with cattle and sheep.
