European Fisheries Fund (Grants) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (S.S.I. No. 307 of 2007).

These Regulations provide rules relative to criteria for and method of payment to be made by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for purposes of Title IV of Council Regulation (EC) 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund. The Council Regulation provides for Community assistance to be paid from the European Fisheries Fund and a grant, in addition to that aid, by the Scottish Ministers in respect of certain categories of investments, projects or actions in the fisheries and aquaculture sector.
