European Fisheries Fund (Grants) (Wales) Regulations 2009 (W.S.I. No. 360 (W.35) of 2009).

These Regulations provide rules for Wales relative to criteria for and method of payment to be made by the Welsh Ministers for purposes of Title IV of Council Regulation (EC) 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund. The Council Regulation provides for Community assistance to be paid from the European Fisheries Fund in respect of certain categories of investments, projects or actions in the fisheries and aquaculture sector.
