Fertilisers (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 16 of 1995).

These Regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, which relates to prescribed descriptions of material, meaning of names, particulars and information to be contained in the statutory statement of limits of variation with respect to fertilizers specified in that Schedule. Furthermore a provision is added which prohibits the sale, in specified circumstances, of ammonium nitrate in relation to nitrogen, unless certain labelling and packaging requirements are met.
