Abstract
This Scheme amends the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012 so as to allow the Secretary of State to make payments in response to applications by the owners, charterers and masters of fishing boats (or their representatives) for funding for updates to software already installed on boats under the 2012 Scheme.
