Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012 (S.I. No. 1375 of 2012).

This Scheme makes provision for funding satellite-tracking devices on fishing boats which are required on board fishing boats by Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy. It also concern funding of electronic recording and reporting system required to have on board an English fishing boat by these Regulations. The Scheme mainly provides with respect to eligibility for and payment of funding and the withholding or recovery of payments in certain cases.
