Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 so as to: update the definitions of certain EU instruments; and specify the form and size of the special health mark to be applied to meat derived from animals that have undergone emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse. They also concern review by the Food Standards Agency of implementation of EC legislation.
