Food Hygiene (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (W.S.I. No. 373 (W.33) of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 by updating the definitions of certain Community instruments that are referred to in those Regulations. The definitions are updated by: (a) substituting definitions of certain Community instruments for the definitions of the Community instruments that currently appear after the definition of premises in paragraph (1) of regulation 2; and (b) inserting a revised Schedule 1 which lists definitions of Community legislation.
