Food Safety (Fishery Products) (Import Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 2783 of 1994).

These Regulations introduce the general obligation to import fish into the United Kingdom from outside of the EC in accordance with rules established by Council Directive 91/439/EC insofar as not yet implemented by the Food Safety (Fishery Products) Regulations 1992, and with rules of various specified Commission Directives.
