Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the enforcement in Northern Ireland of the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 on the provisions of food intended for infants and young children, food for special medical purposes, and total diet replacement for weight control and introduce an improvement notice enforcement regime. They provide for the enforcement of these Regulations by each district council within its district.
