Abstract
These Regulations regulate, in respect of Wales, the export of live animals, meat, semen, ova or embryos of animals of the bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine species and other biungulates, meat products, milk and dairy products, hides and skins and various animal products. They also regulate the movement of live animals and the sale of meat not eligible for export. They implement Commission Decision 2007/588/EC which amends Commission Decision 2007/554/EC concerning certain protection measures against foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom. The Regulations refer to HACCP.
