Abstract
These Regulations amend the Forest Reproductive Material (Great Britain) Regulations 2002 so as to implement specified Community legislation on forest reproductive material produced in third countries and forest reproductive material derived from certain basic material. They modify: certain requirements and conditions for the importation of forest reproductive material from countries not belonging to the EC regarding the duties of information a registered supplier or other person who undertakes the collecting or production, storage, processing or transportation of forest reproductive material; and rules regarding the period for bringing a prosecution under the Regulations.
