Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 3021 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012 in regulation 1 with respect to the date of entry into force of regulation 42 the principal Regulations. The regulation shall come into force so far as is necessary for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to make provision under section 9, and the Scottish Ministers to make provision under section 10, of the Energy Act 2011.
