Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (Ancillary Provision) Order 2015 (S.S.I. No. 271 of 2015).

This Order makes consequential changes to primary legislation in relation to the commencement of various provisions of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014. The Order also makes saving and transitional provision in relation to certain of those changes. The changes concern the concern powers of Historic Environment Scotland in protecting natural and cultural heritage etc. (section 29 of the the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003) and its role as a consultation body (section 3 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005).
