Abstract
This Order amends the Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order 2019 to change the date on which that Order comes into force, from 1st October 2019 to 1st December 2019. It also makes a consequential amendment to article 43 of the Order (review: England), to change the date by which the first report under that article needs to be made, from 1st October 2024 to 1st December 2024.
