Abstract
This Act makes provision for assessment of compensation in respect of compulsory acquisitions of interests in land and related matters such as procedures at the Lands Tribunal for assessing compensation in respect of land compulsorily acquired and regulatory powers of the Secretary of State. It also concerns assumptions in respect of certain land comprised in development plans.
