Abstract
Part IV concerns duties of the National Rivers Authority (NRA,) internal drainage boards, and of each of the Ministers with respect to the environment and recreation (the conservation and enhancement of natural beauty and the conservation of flora, fauna and geological or physiographical features of special interest). Any area of land in England of Wales may be subject to a notification of the Nature Conservancy Council for England or the Countryside Council for Wales or a National Park authority or the Broads Authority regarding special environmental interest.
