Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012 (Amendment) Order 2014 (W.S.I No. 3111 (W. 311) of 2014).

This Order amends Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012 in sections 9 and 16 by adding to the list of byelaws that the relevant types of authorities may make without confirmation and adding to the list of enactments byelaws under which may provide for fixed penalty notices to be offered. Section 9 provides that the Welsh Ministers may, by order, amend Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act (byelaws not requiring confirmation) and section 16 of the Act provides that the Welsh Ministers may, by Order, amend Part 2 of Schedule 1to the Act (byelaws in relation to which fixed penalties may be issued).
