Abstract
These Regulations implement for Wales Community legislation introducing a positive Community list of additives approved for use in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foods. The Regulations, among other things: define offences; provide for designation of the competent authorities; provide rules and standards applicable to the use of certain substances.
