Abstract
These Regulations amend the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 so as to implement provisions of Directive 2009/54/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. The Regulations, among other things, amend certain definitions and provisions concerning transportation of spring water and the presence of specified organisms in natural mineral water and spring water.
