Abstract
This Order amends the Non-Commercial Movement of Pet Animals Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 to update the enforcement provisions and import requirements for pet animals entering Northern Ireland as a result of Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the non-commercial movement of pet animals and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 998/2003. This Order also makes consequential amendments to other animal health and welfare Orders.
