Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Handling (Finance and Fees) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 126 of 2013).

This Order, for purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2008 which sets out the legislative framework for funded decommissioning programmes, makes provision for costs specifications and other financial matters in submission of a funded decommissioning programme and set out the costs which will form the basis for calculating the fees payable to the Secretary of State and matters where fees are payable by site operators.
