Abstract
Part 1 amends retained EU Law (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 and Regulation (EU) 2016/2031). Part 2 corrects retained EU Law (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1217 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1231) to ensure operability. Part 3 amends the Seed Marketing Regulations 2011, the Seed Potatoes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Animal Health, Plant Health, Seeds and Seed Potatoes (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 in relation to seeds and seed potatoes. Part 4 revokes certain retained EU law (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1292 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1549) relating to plant health.
