Abstract
These Regulations, amend the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations 1993 and implement Council Directive 69/208/EEC as ended by Commission Directive 92/107/EEC. They provide for the table contained in paragraph 8(a) of Part I of Schedule 4 to the 1993 Regulations to be replaced by a new table (reg. 2) and thereby increase the standard to be satisfied in respect of the minimum varietal purity of soya bean seeds.
