Abstract
The Regulations make miscellaneous minor amendments to legislation relating to pesticides, fertilisers, seed marketing, nitrates and genetically modified organisms, updating out of date references, in particular to EU legislation. The purpose of these Regulationsis to ensure that references are correct and, in particular, that the amended provisions will operate effectively on exit day.
