Abstract
These Regulations amend the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 so as to implement Commission Directives 2005/70/EC and 2005/76/EC. They substitute certain new maximum residue levels in Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations and replace the residue for a specified pesticide. They make also other amendments to Schedule 1 and 2 of the principal Regulations.
