Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 2922 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 by: (a) giving a new residue definition for certain pesticides in Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations, which identifies the pesticide residues that are taken into account in the measuring of residue levels for each pesticide; and (b) specifying new maximum residue levels for certain pesticides in the Schedule to the principal Regulations. They also make a minor amendment to the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.
