Plant Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2014 (W.S.I. No. 1463 (W. 144) of 2014).

This Order amends the Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Wales) Regulations 2004 to enforce Commission Implementing Decision 2011/787/EU and the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2006 to enforce Decision 1/2010 of the Joint Committee on Agriculture (2011/83/EU), which relates to plant health controls on trade in plant material with Switzerland. The amendment concerns Swiss plant passports. Another amendment concerns the power to share information for the purposes of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2006.
