Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2007 (S.S.I. No. 416 of 2007).

This Order amends the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) (Scotland) Order 2004 so as to implement in Scotland Community decisions on provisional emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread of a specified disease. The Order: (a) amends the list of susceptible material to which the principal Order applies; and (b) introduces additional requirements on movement of susceptible material in Schedule 2 to the Order.
