Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2006 in Schedule 15 to implement the control measures of Council Directive 2007/33/EC on the control of Potato Cyst Nematodes. The measures concern control of planting in demarcated fields and controls on the planting of potatoes and other plants that come from a demarcated field.
