Abstract
This Order amends The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 to implement EU legislation on the introduction into and the spread within the Union of specified harmful organism and to redefine restrictions on the importation of wood (Schedule 4 of the principal Order).
