Abstract
These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by giving a new definition of “the Directive” and by revoking Schedule 1 specifying instruments amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC. They also revoke the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, the main purpose of which was to amend the definition of “the Directive” in the principal Regulations so as to implement specified Commission Directives.
