Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Lid Gaskets) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. No. 419 of 2007).

These Regulations, for purposes of execution and enforcement in Northern Ireland) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 372/2007: designate the bodies having the duty to enforce these Regulations and the Commission Regulation; prescribe offences; make provision for analysis of samples; and apply certain provisions of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 for the purposes of these Regulations.
