Abstract
These Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and transpose Community legislation in relation to energy efficiency (Article 14(5) to (8) of Directive 2012/27/EU), requirements for the authorization of industrial emissions and use of waste heat in installations (Directive 2010/75).
