Abstract
These Regulations require compliance with selected provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 543/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards the marketing standards for poultrymeat and implement provisions of that Regulation in Northern Ireland in relation to registration of slaughterhouses and producers and appeals against a decision to refuse such a registration and a decision to cancel such a registration. They also provide for enforcement and compliance notices for compliance with selected provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007.
