Abstract
This Regulation lays down specific provisions to implement Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 with regard to the marketing standards applicable to poultrymeat. It gives the definition of poultry carcases, poultry cuts and foie gras pursuant to article 121 (e) (ii) of that Regulation. Furthermore, these provisions govern the forms in which such products may be marketed, including rules on packaging and labelling.
