Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 2849 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 in relation with, among other things, obligations of producers who become members of registered schemes and application for registration by producers, winding-up, receivership or administration of a scheme, provision of information, application for accreditation by a reprocessor or exporter, and recovery and recycling obligations.
