Abstract
These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 by, among other things, inserting a new Part (11) on review by the Secretary of State of regulations 2 to 40 of the principal Regulations in relation to England and Wales. The Regulations also amend Schedule 2 of the principal Regulations.
