Recycling, Preparation for Reuse and Composting Targets (Monitoring and Penalties) (Wales) Regulations 2011 (W.S.I. No. 1014 (W.152) of 2011).

These Regulations supplement Waste (Wales) Measure 2010, by making detailed provision for the monitoring and enforcement of statutory targets for the percentage of a local authority's municipal waste which must be recycled, prepared for re-use and composted. The Measure imposes liability on a local authority to a financial penalty if it fails to meet a target.
