Regional Flood and Coastal Committees (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 695 of 2011).

These Regulations make provision with respect to the procedure to be followed by the Environment Agency when dividing England and Wales into regions pursuant to section 22(1)(a) of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010. The Regulations also make provision for appointment of members to Regional Flood and Coastal Committees and eith respect to proceedings of those Committees.
