Reservoirs (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (S.S.I. No. 90 of 2015).

These Regulations make provision concerning controlled reservoirs under Part 1 of the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011. They, among other things: define artificial or natural water areas; provide with respect to the calculation of the water volume that an area or structure or area id capable of releasing or holding; further define "controlled reservoirs"; provide for the registration of controlled reservoirs and the information that a reservoir manager must register with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency; provide with respect to panels of engineers.
