Abstract
These Regulations specify natural prawns and shrimps and natural or artificial worms for the purposes of the definition of rod and line in section 4(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003. The effect of this is to prohibit the use of such prawns and shrimps and worms as bait when fishing by rod and line for salmon and sea trout.
