These Regulations amend the Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 as far as the activity and eligibility of specified rural priorities conditions is concerned and in Table C in Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations on new Initial Planting Standard Cost Rates and Maintenance Standard Cost Rates.
