Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003 by inserting a provision regarding the period for which licence in force. A class A or class B fishing boat licence shall, subject to its suspension or revocation, be in force on and from the date on which it takes effect until the end of the granting period within which it takes effect.
