Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the authorization of fishing activities in (parts of) the Jersey territorial sea by British and French vessels and adjacent waters within the territorial sea of France by Jersey vessels. The Regulations also among other things: provide rules relative to fishing in a specified protected area; provide with respect to granting, renewal, suspension or revocation of a licence or permit; and provide for appeal against decisions regarding authorization of fishing.
