Abstract
Section 1 gives the appropriate Minister the power to make orders for the purpose of establishment or improvement, and for maintenance and regulation of a fisheries for shellfish of one or more species specified in that section. Comma (1) of section 1 is amended as follows: (1) After "clams" there is inserted ", lobsters"; (2) After "molluscs" there is inserted "or crustaceans".
